Continuum provides a wide range of services tailored
to meet the needs of each facility.
Nurse Consultation – We
provide nurse consultant support by talented individuals
who have previously been Directors of Nursing
with proven experience. Our consultants come in
on a routine basis to provide the one-on-one support
facilities need as well as conduct chart reviews
and other nursing functions.
Medicare Support – We provide
Medicare support and training for facilities throughout
Iowa. By working with our facilities, we provide
high level Medicare services with an extremely
low denial rate or other problems.
Medicare Billing Assistance –
We have trained individuals to work with your
staff. If a facility so desires, we can provide
facility Medicare billing offsite which is often
more cost effective with few facility management
issues and concerns.
Management Support – Continuum
provides management support for key management
staff of facilities. Our experience and knowledge
can help a management team through those tough
times when it seems you are alone in bailing out
the boat.
Mock Surveys – Our team
of professionals can come in to your facility
prior to a survey and assist you in identifying
those areas where attention may be beneficial.
We work beside your team to identify potential
concerns as well as help with alternatives to
address areas that may be identified.
Education – Continuum Health
Care Services is an approved provider for both
Administrator and Nursing CEUs. We have numerous
programs available and are able to come into your
facility or community to offer these programs.
Scheduling is set to fit the needs of your facility.
Some of our programs include: Documentation, MDS/PPS
Training, Team Building, Infection Control, Skin,
Abuse Training, etc.
Manuals – Our team has
developed a full range of manuals that include
policies and procedures that can be individualized
to meet your facility's needs. Our manuals are
updated on a regular basis to ensure the latest
information is available. With CMS issuing new
guidelines and plans for more, it is hard to keep
your policies and procedures current. Our team
can assist you with this process. We are also
available to do individualized training on these
