Continuum Health Care Services is an organization
dedicated to serving independent not-for-profit
and for-profit facilities. In today’s fast
changing environment, it is becoming more and
more difficult for facilities to maintain compliance
with new rules, regulations, and challenges our
industry faces through changing and reduced reimbursement.
Each key team member and consultant of Continuum
has worked in long term care for many years and
understands the complexity and challenges that
an Administrator, Director of Nursing, or other staff
member faces each day. Our team utilizes that
knowledge and experience to work with the various
facility team members to address and improve the
care and services provided in a manner consistent
with each facility's mission.
